We want you to love your Caseluxs case. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item shipped
- Item does not match the product description
Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, scratches, or physical damage caused by the customer
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
- Items without original packaging
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@caseluxs.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions or send a replacement
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you do not need to return it — simply send us a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
